Los Bocados is a Mexican & Latin-focused, taco-slinging, all-day flavor creator in the heart of Parkland, FL’s neighborhood. Chef’s Robby Bushman and Anthony Hoff’s menu, inspired by authentic Mexican street food, is complemented by an extensive house-crafted tangy sauce and savory crema.
Conveniently located in Parkland, Florida at the corner of Northwest corner of State Road 7 and Hillsboro Boulevard in the Chevron convenience store. We are open daily from Monday to Saturday: 10:30AM – 9:00PM and Sunday: 12:00PM – 6:00PM.

Options include build-your-own tacos, burritos, quesadillas, tortas, and salad or rice bowls. You can also choose from several signature chef taco selections. Los Bocados, translates to “snacks,” “a bite,” or “mouth” in Spanish.
From meats to sauces, it’s all made to order and handcrafted by Chef’s Hoff and Bushman with the exception of the four-inch masa tortillas outsourced to a local artisan.

Don’t leave without a taste of the Hongolitas, the chefs’ own creation. It adheres to the “bocados” standard: a mini-quesadilla made with roasted wild mushrooms, Monterey Jack cheese, pickled red onion, smoky aioli, and crema sandwiched between two masa tortillas.

Throughout his career, he’s achieved a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Health Science from EKU. Chef Robby Bushman has chosen to live a healthy lifestyle complete with fresh-cooked food and exercise, to name a couple of things. Chef Robby continues to prepare fresh-cooked food for his family, community and clients. Chef Robby feels humbled that people enjoy what he prepares. His goal is to share his gift with everyone who’s willing to be happier and healthier by eating delicious food!

With more than 24 years of culinary experience, Chef Anthony Hoff brings a wide variety of cooking styles and techniques to the kitchen. As Executive Chef of the City Fish Market for the past eight years, Chef Anthony’s experience and unique point of view make his dishes distinctive and award-winning.
